Alex will be attending the Shaolin Temple Europe in the Black Forest in early October to undergo an intensive course in Shaolin Yi Jin Jing Qigong  (muscle tendon changing exercise) with Master Shi Heng Yi.   You can find out more about the Shaolin Temple Europe on Youtube.  As well as practicing Qigong and learning more about traditional Chinese religion whilst staying at the Shaolin Temple, Alex will also be visiting the Bahá'í Temple outside Frankfurt.  For further details on both see the links below.
